It’s seldom nowadays to find a company that excels in customer service. There are usually cost constraints or the old “it ain’t in the budget”. The good people at MSO go out of their way to provide exemplary customer care regardless of the bottom line. They are friendly, knowledgeable and get a genuine thrill out of helping customers. I recommend them highly.

Very pleasant staff, very peaceful surroundings. The doctor was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable.. These were very helpful in picking out my glasses…I would definitely use this team in the future.. If I misspelled it’s because I need my new glasses to read the small letters.. My experience with Dr Mullins was really excellent. Even tho it was not good news for my eyes. He caught problems with my sight and led me towards a way to heal them.
I have gotten my glasses there for a few years now and I have always had excellent care and treatment.

Scheduling for an appointment was a breeze and met my time schedule. Check-in was quick. The services provided were adequately explained and not over priced. The examination was typical and all options and scan results were gone over completely. The final checkout met with some differences in insurance coverages, but were easily handled through a few phone calls.

My appointment with the Doctor and staff was very pleasant ,from the cheerful greeting at the door to the offer of coffee and smooth transition between the different segments of my visit.Never felt rushed and the degree of professionalism was outstanding. After my exam the selection of frames and the optional lens was clearly explained as was the level of coverage my insurance would provide.Thank you all for making my visit so enjoyable.

This was my first visit to the practice. I found the examination to be thorough and professional. I appreciated Dr. Laliberte walking me through the results in detail. The team in the eyeglass department was very helpful in selecting the right frames for me. My wife will be a new customer soon and I will definitely be back.

The staff at Main Street Optometry are extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Renee is intelligent and easygoing. She was the first Optometrist ever to explain to me what my stigmatizm meant. The staff worked with my insurance plan to find the best, most affordable, and preferred option for me.

I did not have an appointment, but I was helped right away. I needed new glasses and sunglasses. Both of the employees who helped me were very knowledgeable, professional and offered their opinion and advice without being pushy. The prices are a bit high, but I got a buy one get one half off deal.

Well, my frames came in the wrong color when shipped (I promise I did not order black!) so I was given a new floor model pair in the right color. Then I got contacted the next day that the lenses in my frames were not my new prescription but my old prescription so the lenses needed to be re-ordered. But other than that – everything was good! I have gone here for a number of years and this was the first time I had any issues.

I was able to get a last minute appointment as I was experiencing unexpected and first time vision problems. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted in a kind, sympathetic and professional manner and brought immediately into an examination room where the technician did the preliminary exam and Dr Renee followed up with a more extensive and thorough exam and presented the options I had available to me. Dr Renee has outstanding people skills as well as professional skills and I felt confident my situation was diagnosed properly and perhaps just as important it was presented to me with courtesy, kindness and clarity. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Dr Renee Laliberte and her incredible staff for your optical needs.

I moved out here 8 yrs ago from the canton area and because i have multiple medical problems i was a little nervous to leave my long time optometry office because they knew me, but i am very pleased with all the care and expertise of Dr Renee who picked up all my problems and sent me to the U of m, for a 2nd opinion. Excellent! The staff is very warm, welcoming, and comfortable. They all make you feel like you are their only client and they remember you from your last visit! I don’t know how they do it – but it’s very nice! You never feel rushed or like you are a bother – even if they are very busy! They are very sincere! The whole atomosphere is very comfortable!
I wear gas-perm contact lenses. Not all doctors “get it right”. Dr L (and other Drs I’ve seen in her practice) are very thorough, professional, and caring! Dr L always takes time to check and double-check my script. I have never left the office feeling rushed or uninformed. Dr L has always answered my questions and in such a way that I can understand (without having a medical background)and without me feeling like I’m a “layperson”
I really have never had a complaint about this practice. I’m very thankful to have such a professional eye practice so close to home!
